As a Functional Medicine Health Coach, I’ve been trained in mind-body medicine, food plans, and exercise & relaxation techniques to help people like you achieve optimal wellness. But not only that, I’ve lived this journey myself. I get that these changes are hard. Several years ago, I was:
- Getting weekly migraines
- Sick every time I turned around
But with the help of my Functional Medicine Practitioner and lifestyle changes, my life is so much different today. I have energy. I don’t get weekly migraines. And I’ve made it through several winters without chronic sinus infections like I used to get. I've learned that good health is a gift we can cultivate!
My personal journey is what’s drawn me into this field and what fuels my passion to help people like you.
