What is Barton FIT Health Coaching? 

This is a weekly group health coaching program that gives you the information, tools, and the community for your journey toward weight loss and better health. 

How does it work?

There will be 12 group coaching sessions, each session about 1 hour long. 

There will be anywhere from 4-8 people in a group. 

We'll use a video calling tool (Zoom), so you don't have to worry about going anywhere. You can just call in from your computer, iPad, or smartphone. You'll be able to see everyone in the group. 

In the group coaching sessions, we'll cover topics like: 

  • Nutrition/Hydration
  • Stress / Relaxation
  • Mindfulness
  • Navigating Emotions / Holidays
  • Movement

Just fill out the intake form to begin the process to participate in health coaching. Indicate whether you'd like to join the Fall or Spring program, and we'll be in touch with you from there once groups open. 

Fall Program 2017

  • Now - October 2: Registration open for the Fall Coaching Program 
  • October 4 - October 20: Group Sign Ups (watch your email to get in the group of your choice)
  • October 31 - November 2: Groups Begin
  • Groups will break for Thanksgiving and the Christmas break

Spring Program 2018

  • Now - November 27: Registration open for the Spring Coaching Program 
  • November 28 - December 15: Group Sign Ups (watch your email to get in the group of your choice)
  • January 9-11: Groups Begin
