Eating Clean 101


Eating a healthy diet is really hard.

That's why I've designed this 12 week program to empower people like you to sustainably eat clean, whole foods.

So, who is this for?

If you've ever said or thought:

  • ...I want to "eat clean" but I don't really know how to get started.
  • ...I've never heard of eating clean, but it sounds intriguing.
  • ...I want to learn how to make small, easy changes that promote health in the body.
  • ...I'm ready to end that overwhelmed feeling, and want to be empowered to change.

How will it help me?

Number one thing: this is a group coaching program. Changes made in a community are more likely to be sustainable changes. You'll be doing this with your friends who are in it with you. You're not alone! 🙂

In addition to that, in the 12 group coaching sessions, we will cover topics like:

  • Nutrition / Hydration

  • Stress / Relaxation

  • Mindfulness

  • Navigating Emotions / Holidays

  • Movement

What's the commitment?

  • Attend the 12 weekly online video group coaching sessions ( Sessions are 1 hour/ea.)

  • Complete minimal “homework” between sessions that will prep your kitchen and help you get yummy food on the table

  • Follow a “clean” meal plan (Provided to you! Don’t worry. Recipes are required to be both simple and yummy.) The menu is gluten, dairy and refined-sugar free. It’s a blend of a Paleo/Mediterranean approach to eating. 

  • You will need to be able to join the group coaching sessions via a video link on your smartphone or computer. 

  • To create an atmosphere of transparency and openness in the group, you are encouraged to use a headset/mic or be in a private setting for group sessions.
